COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
• We will be socially distanced while conducting our experiments
• All items used will be sanitized prior to the lesson
• Upon arrival, we will sanitize our hands
• All children older than three will be required to wear a mask
• Sharing will be kept to a minimum. On the rare occasion that items are shared, the items will be sanitized before and after use. And children will be asked to sanitize/wash their hands before and after use.
• If any child has any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please keep your child at home.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I confirm that my child’s participation in Curious Cubs and its related activities are entirely voluntary and I accept all risks involved therein. In addition, Curious Cubs, its instructors, their respective employees and / or partners and the owners and / or persons in charge of the premises used for the programme, all of whom are referred to together herein as “the Indemnified Parties” shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, suffered by my child as a result, directly or indirectly due to attending the programme and/or participating in the activities of Curious Cubs. Therefore, I irrevocably indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties against all and any actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature and howsoever incurred which may be taken or made against them or be incurred or become payable by them arising out my child’s attendance of the programme and related activities of Curious Cubs. I shall take my child/arrange for my child immediately before and collect my child immediately after the programme at the venue of the programme. The Indemnified Parties do not take responsibility to care for my child after a session has been completed. I further agree that no responsibility shall be taken by the Indemnified Parties for experiments which are conducted outside the allocated class times and this is further not encouraged by Curious Cubs.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same number of lessons per term. We will endeavor to teach our 32 lessons throughout the year spread out across 4 terms. (Which averages to 8 lessons per term).
Please note that if your child is sick, we cannot offer refunds for missed lessons. Additionally, we cannot offer lesson refunds if our country goes into an unexpected national lockdown. If payment has been made for the year and we are unable to teach a full terms length, we will offer refunds for the any upcoming full terms that will be missed. If your instructor is sick and classes must be cancelled, we will ensure that the lesson has been made up so your child will still receive the full 32 lessons per year.
